Job summary

Pioneer Human Services in Seattle, WA is seeking a CNC Mills Operator II for the swing shift on a 4/10 schedule. Set up, operate, and monitor milling machines to produce precise metal parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will read blueprints, verify tolerances, program machines, and train new operators. A High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years of machining experience are required, with preference for Mazak experience and precise tolerance work.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience operating machinery.
• Knowledgeable in reading and understanding blueprints, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Experience with tight tolerances.

Compensation

New hires for this position typically start between $28.08 and $35.10 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
