Job summary

Pioneer Human Services seeks a Production Coordinator in Seattle to help keep parts flowing across work centers, coordinate priorities with cross-functional teams, and ensure on-time delivery to customers daily. This role blends operations support with hands-on problem solving in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, 3–6 months of coordination experience, and strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3–6 months’ experience coordinating work in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Prior experience in manufacturing industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the flow of parts to and from various work centers or departments.
• Work with cross functional teams to communicate priorities and resolve production delays.
• Follow through on processes needed to complete and maintain on-time delivery to customers daily.
• Monitors and tracks backlog reports to ensure on-time delivery of all production parts and product lines.
• Serve as the primary focal point between Production Control and production.

Compensation:

New hires for this position typically start between $21.50 and $25.80 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• High School diploma or G.E.D.
• 3-6 months’ experience coordinating work and/or experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong computer skills, familiar with Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. (frequent use of Email and Excel)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Epicor preferred)
• Prior experience within manufacturing industries a plus
