Job summary

Pioneer Human Services is seeking a Warehouse/Distribution Support to help move goods and support our distribution center. This role offers a meaningful chance to contribute to our mission of social change and rehabilitation, with a focus on timely, accurate picking and repackaging.

No experience is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. You will work all shifts as needed, operate scanning devices and basic tools, and join a team dedicated to safety and efficiency.

• Must be able to handle and grasp small and large objects on a repetitive basis.
• No prior experience required for this role.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

What We Offer

Compensation:

New hires for this position typically start between $17.30 and $23.35 hourly/annually, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.
