You will champion continuous improvement, coach through change, and use data to reduce downtime and defects, while upholding high standards of teamwork, accountability, and collaboration with unions and management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3–7+ years supervisory/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Fundamental working knowledge of PLC logic and controls.

Responsibilities

• As a Production Supervisor, lead an hourly team and align daily execution with strategic goals.
• Act as a safety champion, enforcing regulations and building a culture of vigilance.
• Lead and direct a team that consistently meets production targets and quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate resources to maximize efficiency; address safety and quality issues promptly.
• Embrace servant leadership to develop high-performing teams and foster collaboration.
• Utilize data to reduce downtime and quality defects; track attendance and report performance.
• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies; drive process improvements for productivity, quality and safety.
• Resolve conflicts fairly; build strong working relationships with team, union and management.
• Ensure accountability for processes and standards across the hourly workforce.
• Collaborate across departments to continuously improve operations.
