Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7+ years of supervisory or manufacturing experience.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale process improvements or cultural shifts.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma methodology.
• Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) Experience or equivalent.
