Job summary

Integer Holdings in Plymouth, MN is seeking a manufacturing support role to help the production team reach goals and meet customer quality requirements. You will monitor operations, escalate issues, and drive improvements while assisting with scheduling and cross-training.

You will lead morning huddles, engage the team in problem solving, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, contributing to a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the supported area.
• Ability to motivate others and lead with teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise between team members and production supervisor to align resources.
• Perform audits (5S, Safety, Quality, Standardized Work) to ensure policy adherence.
• Walk the floor, answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
• Support non-cyclic tasks to enable operators to focus on core duties.
• Participate in continuous improvement workshops and new product programs.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate with associates.
• Engage team in structured problem solving to identify countermeasures.
• Know jobs and equipment to step in during emergencies.
• Coordinate cross-training plans and promote diversity and open communication.
• Contribute to daily production boards and shift summaries for smooth transitions.
• Work with supervisors and planning to follow schedules and assign staff.
