Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
- Proven track record delivering KPI targets in safety, quality and delivery.
- Experience leading production supervisors and front-line teams.
- Strong change management and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead Production Supervisors and teams to meet KPI targets.
- Develop and implement sustained continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure Quality Management System compliance and safety.
- Collaborate with R&D and Product Development for new launches.
- Manage site production plans and resource allocation.
