Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Support Specialist to assist the production team in meeting safety, quality, and delivery goals. You will help drive to continuous improvement, coordinate cross-training, and support daily production planning while promoting a diverse and collaborative work environment.

The role requires leading by example, strong communication, and the ability to step in during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School diploma or GED; Associate degree preferred in technical or business-related field.
• Experience in performing all jobs in the area is expected.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements including FDA, QMS, and company policies.
• Coordinate with production supervisor to allocate resources for safety, quality, delivery, cost, inventory, and people goals.
• Conduct audits (5S, safety, quality) and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist floor staff, answer questions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
• Prepare non-cyclic tasks and paperwork to support operators’ efficiency.
• Participate in workshops for continuous improvement and new product development.
• Lead morning huddles and communicate area performance to the team.
• Support cross-training plans and shift-change discussions.
• Collaborate with supervision and planning to follow production schedules.
