Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a role to assist the manufacturing team in achieving production goals and quality requirements. The position involves monitoring, assisting and escalating issues to the supervisor, while promoting continuous improvement and efficient resource alignment.

You will lead morning huddles, participate in 5S, safety and quality audits, and support cross-training and data collection for production boards. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area supported.
• Strong teamwork, cooperation and leadership mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable using computers.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing team to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory goals.
• Escalate issues to the production supervisor and drive continuous improvement.
• Walk the floor, answer questions, resolve issues and escalate as needed.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate shift change discussions.
• Coordinate cross-training and maintain shift summaries/logs.

Education
