Job summary

Alliance Laundry System LLC in Manitowoc, WI is seeking a 2nd shift Production Team Leader to support a team of 5–10 members. Reporting to the Production Group Leader, you will coach, develop and build capabilities using leader standard work.

Responsibilities include onboarding new teammates, sharing safety and quality updates, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to standardized work and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Strong people-centric mindset and servant leadership.
• Excellent oral and written communication, problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Proven leadership capabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assimilate and train new team members within their area/zone.
• Communicate safety news, quality findings, HR updates and line goals in daily pre-shift meeting.
• Ensure all team members follow safety procedures and PPE is provided when needed.
• Suggest ideas for Continuous Improvement and maintain a mindset of CI.
• Hold team members accountable for standardized work and safety guidelines.
• Escalate production issues to Group Leaders as needed.
• Maintain shift-to-shift communications with other Team Leaders and Group Leaders.
• Update KPI’s and other metrics for area/zone.
