Job summary

Magna International is seeking a hands-on supervisor to lead daily safety, quality, and production activities at our Moonville facility. You will coordinate staffing, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to plant safety standards and SAP/ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily safety, quality, and production activities, including pre-shift meetings, inspections, safety talks, and communication of production targets.
• Coordinate staffing, break relief, manpower planning, and production line coverage to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor production performance, downtime, reporting, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, lean manufacturing, and engineering changes.
• Develop and coach team members through training and feedback.
