You will lead toolbox talks, audits, and performance boards, coordinate schedules with Maintenance, and drive kaizen events to reduce waste while developing operators for future growth.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required.
• Ability to perform work safely and with high attention to detail.
• 1–3 years of leadership experience as a team lead or in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety toolbox talks and participate in safety meetings.
• Monitor production progress and maintain accurate data boards.
• Coordinate work-center schedules and optimize machine uptime with Maintenance.
• Assign daily tasks, manage rework and scrap, and track inventory.
• Lead kaizen events to eliminate waste and improve productivity.
• Develop team members in collaboration with training.
