Job summary

OPW Propane Energy Solutions seeks a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift to lead a safety‑focused, high‑performing production team. This role will manage daily scheduling, coordinate with engineering and maintenance, and drive Lean Six Sigma initiatives while developing talent and sustaining quality, delivery, and cost objectives.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• Five or more years in production with at least 1–2 years in leading a manufacturing team.
• Experience with ATM, Shop Floor Plus, AS400, or Infor XA systems.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrated CI leadership.
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership in scheduling, safety, performance management, and operations execution.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and team leads.
• Perform floor audits (Gemba) and drive safety and quality improvements.
• Troubleshoot operational issues with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure timely processing and shipment of customer orders while preserving quality.
