Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing engineering or process improvement.
  • Hands-on exposure to production processes, layouts, and labor standards.
  • Experience with time studies, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and improve manufacturing work systems, layouts, and material flow.
  • Conduct time studies, motion studies, and capacity analyses to set standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects on productivity, ergonomics, and quality.
  • Support new product introductions and equipment ramp-ups for launches.
  • Analyze processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standard work.
