Job summary

Eaton's Wilsonville, OR facility seeks a Production Lead to guide shift operations and drive high‑5 objectives in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and lean practices. The role partners with the supervisor and VSM to coordinate team activities and ensure operational discipline.

The successful candidate will manage Tier 1 boards, collaborate with PLC on labor flex, and mentor team members in standard work and 5S. Requires strong communication and Excel skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing production environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel.
• No relocation benefit; within 50-mile radius of Wilsonville, OR.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or related visa programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date Tier 1 boards and scheduling tools.
• Collaborate with line leads and PLC to flex labor within the area.
• Coordinate with PLC to move labor to/from other production lines.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings and ensure current data and documentation.
• Train and support team members in running Tier 1 meetings.
• Identify and resolve production interrupters with Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Support rework activities and lead major rework projects.
• Document 5-Why analyses and NCR data as required.
