Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Plant Manager for our Canby, Oregon facility. You will lead all operational aspects, drive lean initiatives, manage budgets, and ensure quality systems align with ISO/standards while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

The role requires a strategic, results-driven leader with strong people management skills and a track record of manufacturing excellence in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
• Strong ERP and MES experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; PMP or similar is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Canby plant, ensuring schedules and quality.
• Drive operational excellence using lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to hit targets.
• Manage budget and optimize resources while controlling costs.
• Develop and mentor a diverse team across production, materials, quality, maintenance, and engineering.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO13485, AS9100, and ITAR-related requirements.
