Job summary

TE Connectivity in Wilsonville, Oregon seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader I for the day shift (Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm). You will coordinate with multiple functions to resolve equipment and process issues and ensure timely, accurate process documentation.

The role focuses on reducing defects, coordinating daily activities with supervisors, and upholding plant procedures, policies, and preventive maintenance to drive productivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Entry level position, typically requiring little to no related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with multiple functions to resolve equipment and process issues and reviews timeliness and accuracy of process documentation.
• Coordinating and facilitating with the team members and supervisors to prioritize daily activities and meet the required quality and production goals, maximizing productivity.
• Addressing the action items found during the audits, completing the periodic preventive maintenance tasks, and enforcing the plant's procedures and policies.
• Documenting and reporting of data related to downtime, production equipment issues, scrap, labor time, and advising the supervisors on overtime needs.
