Job summary

Eaton Mobility Business in South Bend, IN seeks a Plant Manager to lead Production, Quality, EHS, Finance, and Supply Chain. You will drive strategic direction, P&L, and apply Lean/Six Sigma tools to improve safety, quality, and cost performance.

Lead the plant leadership team, partner with HR for talent development, and align with sales to meet internal and external customer needs. A Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s preferred, with 10+ years in manufacturing and 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in manufacturing/ops with progressive leadership.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead production, quality, EHS, HR, finance, and maintenance teams.
• Drive KPIs and cost improvements using Lean/Six Sigma.
• Implement Eaton Business System (EBS) and zero-incident safety culture.
• Partner with HR for talent development and succession planning.
