Job summary

TE Connectivity's Medical business unit seeks a seasoned operations leader to drive safety, on‑time delivery and quality across the manufacturing floor in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will lead a lean transformation, optimize flow, and coordinate with Planning, Quality and Manufacturing Engineering to hit production goals.

You will oversee talent development, maintenance planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring adherence to TEOA standards and corporate KPIs.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Production Management, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of operations management experience, 2+ years of progressive people management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of thermoplastic extrusion.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and TE OA preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze financial and operational performance data.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage operations labor with respect to safety, delivery, quality, conversion productivity, and scrap.
• Lead operations improvements through optimization of manufacturing flow, WIP, equipment utilization, and PIM.
• Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Distribution, and Manufacturing Engineering to deliver on time.
• Monitor production performance daily/weekly/monthly and define strategies to manage actions.
• Drive Lean and Right First Time across plant activities to meet KPI targets.
• Develop annual goals and cascade them into department performance plans.
