You will lead a team, develop talent, manage labor and capacity, and coordinate with cross-functional support to meet production goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of relevant experience, 4+ years in leadership, and experience with ERP/MRP systems, Lean methods, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience in lieu of the degree required
• 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations preferred
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Lean Management plus Microsoft Office Suite
• Manufacturing or operations leadership role responsibilities and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead team performance across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations, capacity planning, and continuous improvement.
• Develop talent, conduct performance reviews, and manage staffing needs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and meet metrics.
• Lead Lean and 6S initiatives and Manage for Daily Improvement (MDI) activities.
