Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (5+ in management), and a track record of cross-functional leadership and roadmap

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical engineering.
• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience; 5+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• Experience applying engineering rigor in regulated medical device manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing engineering team and mentor leaders.
• Align department goals, projects, and resources with business priorities; ensure timely execution.
• Ensure quality, regulatory, policy, and engineering compliance; maintain validated products and processes.
• Lead cross-functional issue resolution and implement new products and processes in production.
• Drive Lean, 5S, innovation, and operational excellence to improve quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Develop 3–5-year strategic roadmaps translating priorities into projects and capital plans.
• Manage department budgets, expenses, and capital investments.
• Report department performance, projects, budgets, and operations to leadership.
