Stryker Corporation seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production in a regulated medical device environment, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while guiding team development. You will drive Lean initiatives, manage labor and capacity, and partner with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Materials to meet customer demand and production goals. The role emphasizes audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Supply Chain, or related field; or 10+ years of leadership in manufacturing without a degree.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of Lean/Kaizen or continuous improvement experience; GMP/FDA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, productivity, yield, and cost targets.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to close gaps.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, quality systems and audit readiness.
• Manage labor, equipment, and capacity to align with production schedules and demand.
• Collaborate with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Materials to resolve production issues.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of production staff and supervisors.
