Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ manufacturing experience with expertise in process, safety, quality, and plant management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the manufacture of products, ensuring production, performance, and quality standards are met.
• Review production reports to ensure safety, quality, financial, and delivery goals and standards are met.
• Manage environmental, health, and safety compliance in collaboration with staff.
• Organize departmental management structure and teams for efficient operations.
• Develop operating budget with the chief financial officer.
• Deliver progress and production reports to the executive team.
