10+ years of leadership experience in EHS within manufacturing or regulated environments.
5+ years of experience managing teams or multi-site EHS programs.
Experience with federal, state, and local EHS regulations; budget and metrics management.

Responsibilities

Lead development and execution of EHS strategies, plans, and budgets.
Manage EHS compliance programs and regulatory reporting.
Direct incident investigations; identify root causes and corrective actions.
Oversee emergency response, hazardous materials handling, waste management, and inspections.
Lead EHS professionals and cross-functional initiatives to deliver safety metrics and continuous improvement.
