Stryten Energy is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to optimize manufacturing capabilities and capital equipment efficiency. You will own plant processes, equipment development, and automation initiatives, overseeing equipment design engineers and coordinating with process engineers for final acceptance.

Responsibilities include applying lean principles, leading 2-5 process engineers, managing tooling, and driving cost, safety, and quality improvements across the plant.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a technical field.
• 10+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing/Six Sigma experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Embrace the opportunity to lead, mentor, and train 2 - 5 process engineers
• Exemplify strong collaboration and facilitation skills
• Excellent verbal, and written, communication skills with the ability to present
• Provide technical expertise and leadership while drawing on sound engineering concepts
• Are proactive, results-oriented, and have strong attention to detail.

• Identify continuous improvement and cost reduction activities with operations, maintenance, and quality.
• Design, modify, and maintain tooling for production machinery.
• Collaborate with design engineers during NPI to transition products to production.

• Oversee equipment selection, design services, and supplier management.
• Direct activities of industrial engineering and optimize plant layout.
• Own development and maintenance of manufacturing workstations and process documentation.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and emissions regulations.
• Troubleshoot productivity, quality, and parts issues using root-cause analysis.
