Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Windows Fashions products following quality and operational standards.
• Facilitate Lean/Production meetings to drive productivity and quality.
• Maintain employee relations and resolve conflicts.
• Schedule and assign work to meet production goals.
• Monitor materials to meet shift goals and reorder as needed.
• Collect data on hours, productivity and quality for reports.
• Use Kaizen, SAP, Excel, and Google Docs for data analysis.
