Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of product management, product development, marketing, or related business experience.
• Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with experience evaluating sales, market, competitive, quality, or customer data.

Responsibilities

• Support product lifecycle activities from concept and development through launch, commercialization, and post-launch management.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize input from cross-functional teams to support product decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in developing product requirements, technical documentation, and launch materials for new and existing products.
• Conduct product, market, competitive, pricing, sales, and customer research; analyze findings and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, margin objectives, and competitive positioning to support business goals.
