Qualifications

• Two years technical trade school and four years practical experience.
• OR 4+ years practical experience in maintenance disciplines in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead by example and support team members in the absence of formal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates daily maintenance activities, assigns personnel, and manages projects from start to finish.
• Monitors staffing levels and communicates needs to the supervisor.
• Provides training to new maintenance staff and supports cross‑training.
