Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Team Lead for its manufacturing operations. You will direct a production line of 5–40 associates, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while using AMS tools for continuous improvement.

You will coach and train staff, maintain performance expectations, and coordinate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to support multiple production areas.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in manufacturing operations or related field.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Experience with continuous improvement processes (5S, PDCA) is required.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate production staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction for a production department of 5–40 associates.
• Identify issues and escalate to Tier 2; coordinate with Value Stream Supervisors.
• Lead AMS projects and maintain visual management tools to drive improvements.
• Coach and train employees; maintain cross-training matrix and staffing coverage.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are met; follow standard work and audits.
• Support other production areas as needed and participate in MCA actions.
