Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to direct daily production line activities, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time output while applying AMS tools. You will supervise 5–40 production associates and provide coaching and training to grow skills and performance.

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage visual management tools, and collaborate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams to resolve issues and maintain strong operational metrics across the department.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of operations products, processes, and equipment.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production flow meeting output while following safety, quality, delivery, cost, maintenance.
• Provide coaching and feedback; coordinate training; manage 5-40 production associates.
• Drive improvements using AMS tools; maintain visual management boards.
• Lead daily Tier1 meetings and communicate effectively.
• Support other production areas and complete audits and corrective actions.
• Adhere to safety procedures and address concerns.
