Job summary

Andersen Corporation in Minnesota is seeking a Team Lead to direct daily production line activities and implement AMS tools. You will coach 5-40 production associates, manage safety, quality, and on-time delivery, and drive problem solving using 5 Why, PDCA, and MCA.

This role requires an associate degree or equivalent, Lean training, strong communication, and ability to lead cross-functional teams and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, train, and motivate employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily work direction of a production line and ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and maintenance standards.
• Identify issues and engage Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams for resolution using AMS tools.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to production employees; maintain cross-training matrix.
• Lead daily Tier1 meetings and participate in problem solving (5 Why, PDCA, MCA).
• Support other production areas as needed and perform audits of standard work and control plans.
