Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to direct a production line of 5-40 associates, using AMS tools to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will coach staff, provide feedback, and coordinate daily operations with Tier 1/2 teams to resolve issues.

Responsibilities include maintaining cross-training, leading daily Tier 1 meetings, and supporting other areas as needed. Proficiency in AMS methods and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to lead, coach, and motivate production employees.
• Experience applying AMS tools and problem-solving methods (5 Why, PDCA, MCA) is valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily work direction of a production line and ensure safety, quality, and outputs.
• Coach and train production employees; maintain cross-training matrix.
• Lead Tier 1 problem-solving and escalation with Tier 2 as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement using AMS tools and visual management boards.
• Support other production areas and cover leadership when needed.
• Complete standard work audits and participate in corrective actions.
