Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems in Ripon, WI is seeking a Team Lead for the production floor to guide a group of 8-12 team members under supervision. You will lead pre-shift meetings, train new hires, enforce safety procedures, and drive improvements across quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with group and area leaders to resolve issues, maintain KPI visibility, and ensure accurate documentation of work and standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading others in work or volunteer capacity.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update safety, quality and production goals.
• Assimilate and train new team members in their area.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain KPI metrics and shift-to-shift communication.
• Create and audit Team Member Standard Work and 5S practices.
• Utilize SAP to aid the manufacturing process and data tracking.
