Job summary

Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Team Lead in Ripon, WI to guide a group of 8-12 operators on 1st-3rd shifts with possible overtime. You will train new hires, run pre-shift safety and production briefings, and ensure PPE compliance while driving continuous improvement and KPI alignment using SAP.

Ideal candidates bring prior leadership experience, strong communication, and a servant leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem solving ability.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily pre-shift meetings to update the team on safety, quality and production goals.
• Assimilate and train new team members within their area.
• Create, maintain and audit Team Member Standard Work and KPI tracking.
• Escalate production issues to the Group Leader and collaborate on improvements.
