Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in continuous improvement activities to support departmental objectives.
• Oversee safety compliance and enforce safety rules on the floor.
• Monitor attendance and manage overtime distribution in accordance with policy.
• Ensure accidents are reported promptly and investigations completed within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with the department manager to communicate performance feedback and conduct regular team meetings.
