Job summary

Magna Exteriors Engineered Glass in Holland Charter Township, MI seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead quality technicians and support engineering and production goals. You will ensure safety, quality, and adherence to SWIs while driving cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires strong leadership, SPC knowledge, and experience with ISO/IATF quality systems. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; flexibility for strong shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across levels.
• Experience with SPC, quality systems (ISO/IATF) and root cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day quality technician activities and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate standard work instructions and train inspectors.
• Analyze failures, support root cause investigations, and report data.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Development and other departments.
