Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Michigan is seeking a Plant Superintendent to oversee daily manufacturing operations, leading production teams and coordinating plant activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals. You will work closely with maintenance, quality, engineering, and materials to support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) and at least 5 years in production management

Qualifications

Knowledge of manufacturing and production operations.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.
Understanding of quality standards and continuous improvement.
Ability to manage production schedules and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and equipment operations.
