Job summary

Magna Exteriors in Michigan (Highland Park) is seeking a skilled Team Leader to supervise assembly operations and lead continuous improvement efforts on the paint/assembly line. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while coaching team members and coordinating with shift supervisors.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, maintaining housekeeping, reporting accidents, and ensuring compliance with TS-16949 procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication and team-building skills are required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English effectively; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in continuous improvement programs and achieve departmental objectives.
• Lead on the shop floor, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Report accidents or near misses within 24 hours and maintain daily housekeeping.
