Job summary

Intigral-Inc is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead safety, quality, productivity, costs, and on-time delivery while developing a multi-skilled team. The role emphasizes coaching, performance feedback, and sustaining high standards across the operation.

You will drive daily production activities, monitor schedules, and ensure accurate records, supporting customer-focused processes and a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in a manufacturing environment with at least 2 years supervisory experience.
• Practical understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing.
• Experience with quality control initiatives and safety initiatives.
• Ability to direct, supervise, and evaluate performance objectively.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety and maintain a safe work environment and habits.
• Coordinate daily manufacturing activities to achieve production goals.
• Lead and develop a team of operators and technicians with cross-training.
• Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing to meet delivery goals.
• Maintain accurate production records and identify areas for quality/efficiency gains.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S, safety, and quality initiatives.
