Integer is seeking an operator to support the manufacturing team in achieving production goals while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will assist with on-floor tasks, escalate issues, and participate in continuous improvement efforts.

Excellent teamwork, strong communication, and computer literacy are essential, along with adaptability to different roles on the production line. Compensation includes base pay plus shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED confirmed.
• Associate degree in technical or business field preferred.
• Experience performing all jobs in the area supported.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to use computers proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Support production goals and customer quality requirements.
• Adhere to QMS, safety and FDA regulations.
• Lead morning huddles and coordinate shift changes.
• Walk the floor to resolve questions and escalate issues.
