Lernern is seeking a recruitment professional to source blue-collar candidates and manage campus partnerships with ITI colleges and polytechnics across multiple locations. The role includes coordinating interviews, documentation, and joining formalities while meeting monthly targets.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, experience in blue-collar recruitment, and willingness to travel locally for college visits and drives.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate preferred; candidates with relevant recruitment experience may also apply.
• Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills can be considered.
• Experience in blue-collar recruitment, ITI/Diploma hiring or manufacturing manpower sourcing will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, follow-up and relationship-building skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, job portals and recruitment reporting.
• Willingness to travel locally for college visits and recruitment drives.

Aufgaben

• Source candidates for blue-collar positions including production operators, machine operators, technicians, helpers and other manufacturing roles.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate selection, documentation and joining formalities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with ITI colleges, polytechnics and technical training institutes.
• Coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement activities.
• Coordinate with central sourcing and site operations teams to understand manpower requirements; communicate locations, salary details and benefits to candidates.
