Job summary

Lippert is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to support our growing manufacturing operations across the United States. This role focuses on attracting, sourcing, and hiring for high-volume positions such as welders, assemblers, and material handlers.

The ideal candidate will have experience filling high-volume requisitions quickly, strong relationships with hiring managers, and the ability to work independently using modern recruiting tools. English and Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly manufacturing talent.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing, skilled trades and operational roles across multiple facilities.
• Lead high-volume recruiting efforts for manufacturing positions.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet aggressive hiring goals.
• Build talent pipelines via sourcing, referrals, events, and partnerships.
• Screen, interview, and select candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
