Proteinea is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting across construction, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source candidates, conduct interviews, and manage offers to ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role emphasizes building a strong talent pipeline for technical and factory positions, coordinating with production, engineering and operations teams, and supporting internship programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or industrial roles.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including factory, engineering, and operations departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and workforce plans.
• Source and attract candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with production, engineering, and operations teams.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and manufacturing roles.
• Prepare and publish job descriptions and advertisements.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain ATS records and recruitment reports.
• Support employer branding through career fairs and university partnerships.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment and hiring of qualified professionals within the construction, engineering, manufacturing and industrial sectors.
In this role, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. You will play a key role in attracting top talent for engineering, technical, and factory-related positions while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

• Partner with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and workforce planning aligned with business objectives.
• Source and attract candidates for manufacturing, factory, engineering, technical, and industrial roles using LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and employee referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with production, engineering, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical and manufacturing roles.
• Prepare and publish job descriptions and job advertisements for open positions.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate recruitment reports, databases, and ATS records.
• Support employer branding initiatives by participating in career fairs, university partnerships, and recruitment events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or industrial roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including factory, engineering, and operations departments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
