Job summary

LPC Personnel, Inc. in Houston, TX, is looking for a primary recruiting partner to support the Human Resources department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, and maintain HR records. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in recruiting/HR, manufacturing recruitment experience is preferred, and proficiency with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Manufacturing recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or a similar HRIS.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions.
• Source, screen, and schedule qualified candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding.
• Prepare offer letters and maintain recruiting and HR records.
• Support HR functions including employee files, benefits, and ADP data entry.
• Assist with HR projects and daily department operations.
• Order and maintain office and breakroom supplies.
• Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager.
