Job summary

Agropur, inc. is seeking a High Volume Recruiter for our Appleton, Wisconsin plant. This temporary 6-month contract role (hybrid) focuses on attracting general labour and specialized workers for manufacturing sites in the region.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead all recruitment phases for hourly positions, collaborate with site managers, and build strong candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and hourly workforce.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for hourly positions across one to three manufacturing sites.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with plant goals and talent needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor attraction and selection processes.
• Coordinate offers and drive positive candidate experience.
