Job summary

Agropur is seeking a High Volume Recruiter for its Appleton, Wisconsin plant on a temporary 6‑month contract, offering hybrid work. You will lead recruitment for hourly positions, collaborating with the Plant Director and site managers to align talent strategy with production goals and local talent pipelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, at least two years of recruiting experience, and familiarity with ATS tools to efficiently manage candidate pipelines and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry recruiting.
• Familiarity with ATS tools for candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies for hourly positions at the Appleton site.
• Partner with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to site goals.
• Maintain knowledge of external labour market conditions and recruit accordingly.
• Lead all phases of the recruitment process for hourly positions, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments and offers.
• Coordinate offer details and extend verbal and written offers.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain regulatory compliance.
