Job summary

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc is seeking a Talent Development Manager - Manufacturing to shape the learning strategy for our U.S. and Puerto Rico manufacturing operations.

You’ll partner with plant leaders, supervisors, SMEs, HR, and employees to strengthen capabilities and drive business results. In this role you’ll align learning initiatives with operational priorities, design learning roadmaps, and build leadership ownership across the manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; degree in education, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years professional experience with 5+ years in people leadership or large-scale projects across teams.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, or related field in manufacturing.
• Experience implementing and managing skill-based development programs.

• Develop and implement a manufacturing learning strategy.
• Partner with plant leaders to identify capability gaps and priorities.
• Forecast learning investments and manage external partners.
• Coach leaders to build a culture of development.
