Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a Talent Development Manager for Manufacturing to shape the learning strategy across U.S. and Puerto Rico plants, partnering with plant leaders and HR to align capability with operations.

You will design, implement, and scale learning programs, coach leaders, and manage external training partners to drive performance, safety, and quality across manufacturing locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical education, management, process engineering, industrial technology, or related field.
• 12 years professional experience incl. 5 years people leadership or large-scale programs.
• 7 years in Learning & Development in manufacturing.
• Experience with skill-based development programs.
• Familiarity with production, quality, continuous improvement systems.
• Experience with learning management systems and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build the learning strategy for Manufacturing across plants.
• Design and deliver learning experiences using on-the-job, classroom, e-learning, coaching, and performance support.
• Lead onboarding experiences with SMEs to ensure relevant, practical learning.
• Manage learning portfolio and external training partners.
• Coach leaders to develop people and strengthen safety, quality, and compliance.
