Job summary

DeSHAZO, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruiting process for a manufacturing organization.

The role emphasizes proactive sourcing, end-to-end recruitment, and building robust talent pipelines to support production and leadership roles. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial settings, strong interviewing skills, and familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems such as Paylocity.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of recruiting practices, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
• Experience with an HRIS/ATS system; Paylocity experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams, positions, skill requirements, and success criteria.
• Recruit for a broad range of positions including Skilled Trades, Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Quality, Supervisors and leadership roles.
• Proactively source and engage candidates beyond applications; build talent pipelines.
• Conduct candidate screens and interviews, provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate data in HRIS/ATS; Paylocity experience is preferred.
