You will lead preventive and corrective maintenance, manage vendor relationships, and drive facility projects in a manufacturing setting.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in facilities management, strong leadership, and proficiency with CMMS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the manufacturing facility (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure facility readiness for manufacturing processes.
• Lead facility-related projects (expansions, renovations, equipment installations).
• Develop project scopes, budgets, and timelines; manage contractors and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (OSHA, EPA).
• Conduct inspections and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget (utilities, maintenance, capex).
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through energy efficiency and process improvements.
• Supervise and develop a team of specialists and technicians.
• Provide training and performance evaluations; support career development.
• Manage relationships with external service providers and contractors; negotiate contracts and SLAs.
